Grace Ricciuti
Grace Ricciuti joined the desk clerk staff in September of 2020. She comes to LEN with a wide range of work experience. She brings work experience in food service, as a sewing machine operator, as a janitor, care giver and trained peer counselor. She has earned a number of Certificates relating to cultural competencies, conflict management and relationship building. She is extremely reliable and frequently picks up extra shifts. Her regular placement is 1880 Pine Street where she works the day shift and is responsible for providing structure at that very busy facility.
Ronald Singleton
Ronald joined the LEN staff in March of 2015 after having been through the Solutions training program and working at Community Housing Partnership facilities. Previously, Ronald was committed to serving homeless populations, having worked in both paid and volunteer positions with Glide, St. Anthony’s and the Gubbio Project. Time after time, Ronald has proven himself to be a committed and flexible team player. He works all shifts, all facilities, and frequently picks up late requests to ensure that the desk is always covered. He has had a long term placement at the Vera Haile facility, where he works graveyard to ensure the safety and security of the building and the residents throughout the night.
Connie Valdez
Connie joined us in 2017. Her unsinkable personality and commitment to the residents make her a positive force at whatever facility she is working. Prior to joining LEN., Connie had many years of experience working with the elderly, providing emotional support and companionship, helping with practical matters like household tasks and escorting her clients to the doctor. She attended Laney College and holds an Associates Degree in Communication with a Minor in Fine Arts. She also has many years of experience working as a fitness instructor and her extensive knowledge of nutrition, exercise and healthy living allows her to provide various types of support to facility residents. Connie has worked at a number of facilities to date and most recently has been a stabilizing presence at 1880 Pine Street.
Mark Lillie
Mark Lillie joined the LEN staff in October of 2018. Prior to coming to work for LEN, Mark worked at various Mercy facilities through Office Team. In his work at Goodwill Industries (where he was employed for 2 years prior to supporting Mercy) he supported their newly formed eComm department. This involved his identifying donations to be offered at auction in order to realize the full resale potential. In addition to other administrative experience, he worked as a buyer for Smuckers. Mark typically works the graveyard shift but whatever shift he works management is impressed by his attention to his work, the detail in his logs and incident reports, and his thorough understanding of policy and procedure. He is one of our most complimented clerks known for ALWAYS being on target.
